Excerpt from Message

Dear Mother, We are just about to leave again after a one-night stay in Bath at a none too modern hotel. We have a little British car, which I can't seem to learn how to drive between the gear shift and driving on the left side of the road, so my poor mother has to do all the driving. Today we are supposed to reach something called the Cotswold country, which it is said one should not miss. Pat Crowe.
