Excerpt from Message

Dear Mother, At the moment we are in Taxco, about to enjoy dinner at the De La Borda. Father and I love Mexico – every minute – and the people, very much. We have a guide to supplement our halting Spanish, and he has been with us and helped us very much. Before we went, we received – or rather, I received instructions about what to do, etc. from sister Aline Marie, Mt. St. Mary’s College, who told me to send you her very warmest wishes. Your loving child, Vicky.
