Excerpt from Message

May 5, 1962 Greetings! This beautiful cathedral was built in the 14th century – it amazes me to see so many very old buildings still standing. The church I went to this a.m. a few doors from our hotel was beautiful [illegible] much too cold here for this time of year – no sun yesterday + sparse today. We go on a tour tomorrow so hope it warms up; we both have colds. Leave here late Friday night for Barcelona + get my car Sat. May head for Madrid – we both prefer small cities – this Mallorca larger + more crowded than I expected. Hope you are all OK – My love – Agnes
