Excerpt from Message

My dear May, We have been in Geneva over three weeks and have found it a most delightful place to stay. The City is so clean, orderly, and attractive [illegible] its [illegible], its many bridges and the Rhone River, Mt. Blanc and Lake Geneva. The trees are beautiful and there are many charming parks. It was quite warm for a few days then we spent most of our time on the Lake. This is one of the many interesting Chateaux which inspire one to read history. It is said this [illegible] from Roman times has underground passages, etc. but I cannot find any good history of it. We leave by auto tomorrow for Paris + will visit the Chateau Country in route. Love to you and Mother, Nellie
