Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the importance of the corporate cultures and the relationship between culture and leaderships. In order to examine whether there is an impact on business development, the paper offers a case study of two companies to make the comparison between different corporate cultures and leadership styles. The two companies included for case study is Zara and Abercrombie & Fitch.
