In the heart of the Austrian Alps mailed from Vaduz, Principality of Lichtenstein. Dear Aimee, We are having a thoroughly enjoyable trip. We left Vienna this morning by motor and a few miles (35) in we stopped at Melk now a restored Benedictine Abbey dating back to a beginning in 1089, rebuilt in the XVIII century; considered on of the most beautiful baroque buildings in world. Has renowned library of 72,000 volumes, some dating back to IX century. In [illegible] Mercedes Benz car we are able to get a very good view of the various countries and in faster time. Affectionately, Edmund.
