Description
Etched bookplate on textured, purple paper, in black ink, made for Mary Alice Ercolini. The paper features streaks of white, green, dark purple, and tan. After Okumura Masanobu, it depicts a man and woman in Japanese dress. Both seated, the man leans over the woman's shoulder, and holds with one hand the flute she is playing. There is a tree branch in blossom to the left of the figures.
