Abstract

Kelly and Irene will share recent and upcoming developments from bepress, including:

  • Improvements to the Expert Gallery Suite, like contact buttons, badges, and easy embed options
  • Support for ORCID research identifiers
  • New option to host streaming content through bepress
  • Expanding our supported authentication systems
  • New tools to support reporting on campus

Irene Kamotsky started at bepress in 2006 as Director of Journal Publishing after completing her Ph.D. in Comparative Literature at UC Berkeley. As Director of Strategic Initiatives, she has worked with dozens of libraries to garner campus-wide support and launch institutional repository and library-led publishing programs.

Kelly Kunaniec has been a member of bepress's Consulting Services department for almost two years. While she works with institutions ranging from law schools to liberal arts colleges, she has a particular focus on student work and ETD workflows. Before joining the bepress team, Kelly spent a decade working in theatre, so she also has a keen interest in unique ways to host arts-related collections in Digital Commons.
