Abstract
During the past fifty years, considerable controversy has taken place concerning delineation of the legal boundaries of sea domain for the various archipelagos and, more importantly, classification of waters included therein. This Comment will examine the problem inherent in the question of boundary delimitations, explain the fruitless attempts at codification of a system of rules and then evaluate the impact of present proposals embodied in the Informal Single Negotiating Text.
