Grand Lake and Mt. Craig (Baldy) – Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado – Grand Lake is the Western entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. The lake itself is charmingly situated lying in beautifully timbered country surrounded by high mountains. The view across the lake with Mt. Craig (or Baldy) at its head is one of the most remarkable to be found. The Lake is a mile and a half long and a mile wide and is fed by the North and East Inlets.
