Caption

San Francisco's Chinatown is the largest outside of the Orient. Oriental costumes mingle with American, quaint Chinese patter is heard on all sides. Pagoda-like structures line the streets and strange foods are displayed in the shop windows. In other shops are gorgeous silks, carved ivory lacquer, teak, porcelain and art works.
