San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge and Skyline of San Francisco, California – The San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge is the largest bridge in the World. This $77,000,000 steel structure is 8 1/2 miles in length. Six lanes of automobiles traverse its upper deck, three auto truck lanes and two rail lanes occupy the lower level. The main spans are 2,320 feet long and the width of the bridge is 58 feet.
