Oratoire Saint-Joseph du Mont-Royal – La basilique et ses terrasses. L'Oratoire Saint-Joseph, fondé en 1904 par le Frère André, c.s.c. atteint une hauteur de 506 pieds au–dessus du niveau de la rue. Ce sanctuaire, situé à peu de distance du coeur même de la ville de Montréal, attire chaque année plus de trois millions de pèlerins et de visiteurs. Saint Joseph's Oratory of Mount-Royal – The Basilica and Terraces. Founded in 1904 by the late Brother André, c.s.c., St. Joseph's Oratory towers 506 ft. above street level. Conveniently located but a few minutes away from downtown Montréal, the shrine, which is the largest in the world dedicated to saint Joseph, attracts more than three million pilgrims and visitors a year.
