A pictorial bookplate on light sepia tinted paper with black ink for the music of Jessie M. Walker. "Ex-Libris" is used to show who the book owner is. There is a piano with music sheets on the stand and a vase of flowers on top of the piano. Surrounding the illustration are leaves and flowers that act as a border on the sides and there are calligraphic swirls as the top. There are ribbon banners that say "Ex Libris" and "Ex Musicians" with an open book in the center of the ribbons.
