Description
A pictorial bookplate in black ink on sepia-tinted paper. The design features an illustration of a sailboat on the water, framed by an oval border decorated with flowers. Above the illustration is a banner with the text “EX LIBRIS.” Below the sailboat, there is an open book. The border of the bookplate includes the inscription “IT MAY BE WE SHALL TOUCH THE HAPPY ISLES” on the left and right sides. At the bottom of the bookplate, the names “WORRELL CLARKSON, JUNIOR” and “KATHRINE ABBOTT” are prominently displayed.
