Description
An etched pictorial bookplate on sepia paper with faded brown stains and black ink. There's a big ship sailing in the ocean with a sun and clouds in the sky. On the right there is a tall tree as well as the University of Toronto crest beneath the tree. Next to the crest are books with a bird on a branch and leaves in front of the books. Wrapped around the leaves that are on the left is a banner "Ex libris". On top of that are three people; one sitting, one kneeling, and one standing. The top right, which is above the people, are what look to be columns. The bottom of this bookplate has the name "Editha Webster Johnston" written with a lotus underneath it.
