Description

An engraved pictorial bookplate on sepia tinted paper with black ink. There's an image of a small part of New Amsterdam from a birds eye perspective. Surrounding this image are calligraphic leaves, books, and banners. On the banners it says "Ex Libris William Loring Andrews" and in Latin "Victrix Fortune Sapientia" which translates to "wisdom is the winner of fortune".
