Description
An engraved pictorial bookplate on sepia tinted paper with black ink. The bookplate is addressed to The Washington County Free Library Hagerstown Maryland dated MDCCCCI (1701). There's a portrait of Benjamin Franklin Newcomer dated 1827-1901. The background is foliage such as corn and other wheats. There's a banner on top stating "Knowledge is power". There is a remarque of "No_______".
