Description
An engraved pictorial bookplate on sepia tinted paper with black ink for the John Crear Library in Chicago dated 1894. There's a portrait of a man in the middle. Under him is an open book and other books besides it. The background is foliage and a banner that collectively says "Great is the gift that bringeth knowledge". On the very bottom of the template it says "The estate of Robert Forsyth".
