An armorial bookplate on white paper with black ink for Theodore Dickinson. There is an illustration of the Dickinson's family crest surrounded by flowers. On top of the crest is a knight's helmet with a lion on top.There is a ribbon banner at the bottom of the crest that says "Esse quam videri" which can be translated as "Be seen."
