A pictorial bookplate on white paper with black ink for Vivian Marie Reber. "Ex-Libris" is used to show who the book owner is. There is a head portrait drawing of someone wearing a Trojan war helmet. In the bottom left corner there is a small drawing of a woman with two snakes in her hair that tie their tails together by her chin.
