A pictorial bookplate on white paper with faded black ink for Catharine P. Wilson. "Ex-Libris" is used to show who the book owner is. There is a pond with three heron birds. One heron is standing still in the water, another one is flying out of the water, and the last one has their head down towards the water. In the bottom left corner there is a small frog on a lilypad.
