A armorial bookplate on light sepia tinted paper with black ink for Andrews. There is a crest with three stars lined up horizontally in the middle. The crest design is shaped with calligraphic leaves and flowers around it. On top of the crest is a raven holding a leaf branch in its mouth. Below the crest is a ribbon banner that says "Always faithful." and the name Andrews under the banner.
