A pictorial bookplate on sepia tinted paper with black ink for Frank Leslie Welt. There's an image of a ship at sea framed in calligraphic style bookshelf. On the bottom are multiple books, a globe, ink, feather pen and paper. It is dated in roman numerals "MCMXIV" (1914).
