Description
A pictorial bookplate in sepia ink on off-white paper. The design features an oval frame containing a scenic illustration of a river bordered by trees, with one tree leaning prominently towards the water. Surrounding the illustration is a ribbon banner with the text “The ‘Golden Rule’ - The Rule With No Exceptions.” Below the illustration, the phrase “Ex Libris Georgia Medora Lee” is inscribed. The artist’s signature, “J.W. Spenceley Boston 1905,” is located at the bottom center of the bookplate.
