Description
A pictorial bookplate in black ink on light sepia paper. A young girl is sitting in a chair with a large book in her lap. One of her hands is holding the page and the other hand is gesturing to the right with her palm up but she is looking down at the book. There is an older woman standing behind her with her hand resting under the girl's outreached hand. The woman is holding a staff that has fruit on it. Above the woman's head "EX LIBRIS" is inscribed. Below the illustration is a ribbon banner with "JEAN STORKE MENZIES II" inscribed in it.
