Abstract
In The Hill article titled, "Congress grants military members partial victory, but Feres Doctrine survives," Richard E. Custin, MEd, JD, LLM of the School of Business argues that a recent revision of the Feres Doctrine does not allow active duty military to receive compensation for '"incident of service injuries" in most cases.
