Abstract or Description
Traditional environments often reward conformity over difference, making it harder for neurodiverse children to thrive. Instead of asking the child to change, we should adapt the environment to support their nervous systems and help them flourish. Educators, parents, administrators, and advocates can bridge the gap between the challenges and strengths of neurodivergence by using movement and the mind–body connection to build nervous system capacity.
