The report, prepared by The Nonprofit Institute's Caster Family Center for Nonprofit & Philanthropic Research, documents the findings from a program evaluation of Olivewood Gardens and Learning Center's Cooking for Salud program which is an adult nutrition education program designed to support the health and well being of adults 55+ years in National City and San Diego's southeastern region.
