Abstract
A women’s program aimed to reach the ages 18-25 in hopes to start the conversation of authenticity in terms of their leadership now and where they want it to be in the future. We will promote discovery through reflection and dialogue with one another while working on accountability with goal setting. The program will focus on the theory of Authentic Leadership by Bill George Former CEO and chairman of Medtronic.
