University of San Diego Yearbooks
In 1968, in anticipation of the merger of the two colleges, the students of the College for Women and the College for Men combined their yearbooks under the College for Women’s original title, The Alcalá. With this publication and the unification of their Associated Students organizations, they paved the way for the later consolidation of academic departments, libraries, and other services that took another four years to complete. The university continued to publish The Alcalá until 2010 when student interest in print yearbook publications waned.
