An engraved pictorial bookplate light sepia paper with black ink. The contents on the bookplate state "Property of the Libraries for U.S. Soldiers and Sailors provided by the American Library Association New England Division" and the sub information says "Handle carefully. Return Promptly. Give the next man a chance" with a New England stamp.
