Elisha Brown Bird was an American artist based in New England. After graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he worked as head designer at the Boston Photogravure Company. Bird later established his own business and became known as an illustrator and bookplate designer notable for his innovative approach and bold designs.
