A pictorial bookplate on light sepia paper with sepia ink for Frederick Schaefer Winston. "Ex-Libris" is used to show who the book owner is. There is an illustration of a walkway that leads to a house in the woods. The picture is framed in an oval shape. Above the picture in the left corner is a CHS crest with the date June 1911. In the middle is an hourglass with pine cone branches and two pine cones. In the top right corner is the Williams College seal that says their motto in Latin "E Liberalitate E. Williams Armiger." that translates to "Through the generosity of E. Williams, Esquire." Below the picture in the middle is an oil lamp lit on both ends resting on top of a stack of books. Below the images on both sides is an angel holding a book open. Next to the angels are potted trees with long stems and the heads of the trees are part of the walkway picture.
