Description
Etched bookplate in sepia tint, made for Teresa Neilan. It depicts two figures standing in front of a blossoming tree. One offers the other a drink from a shallow cup, the other refuses. There is a Persian bottle at their feet, and three small birds in the tree. On the back 'Persian after Ustad Muhammed, 16th Cent. 5 states (1943)' is written.
