A pictorial bookplate on sepia paper with black ink. There is a rosary framing four different pictures with the cross big in the middle. Inside the necklace are two churches, a piano with leaves surrounding it, and a bookshelf full of books. The name Francis J. Conaty is signed right below the rosary and "Ex Libris" is typed on top of the rosary.
