Description

A pictorial bookplate on sepia paper with black ink. On top there is a winged staff with snakes coiled in between the words "Ex Libris" written. It's a bookshelf beneath a window. On the window sill, there are sheets of paper and the one on top is sheet music. The bookshelf includes titles such as Macbeth, Faust, Henry VII, and some medical literature including bacteriology, anatomy, and so on. Outside the window is a tree and a hill in the distance. Beneath the books is the name "Francis Marion Pattenger"
