Description

An engraved pictorial bookplate on sepia tinted paper with black ink. There looks to be a family crest that's subtle because of the calligraphic border that continues into the background. There are banners and two of them collectively say in latin "Esto Qvod Esse Videris" which translates to "be what you seem to be". The bottom of the bookplate is a mask, a harp, books, and leaves with a three banners collectively saying "Ex libris Beverly Chew", ex libris is used to identify the owner of the bookplate.
