A pictorial bookplate on light sepia tinted paper with dark green ink for Horace E. MacDonald. There's a picture of a small street of a town. There's a person standing facing forward as if posing for the picture. There's a cart being pulled by a horse, a few people standing around, and a giant building on top of the mountain hill that is next to the houses. The bookplate addresses the intended owner as "Frae the books of" In the picture there's a location given "Auld Reekie"
