A printed label bookplate on white paper with black ink. This bookplate is a request for books from the Harvard College Library. It states that the request is from Batard Cutting of New York Class of 1900. The books requested are "Books on Modern European History and the Countries of Northern Africa". On the top are three books in the shape of a triangle spelling out in Latin "Ve Ri Tas" meaning truth.
