Description

A pictorial bookplate with black ink belonging to Mark Carter Mills. "Ex-Libris" is used to show who the book owner is. The center illustration is a nice house with trees. There is a portrait of a male pilgrim in the top left corner and a female pilgrim's portrait in the top right corner. In between these portraits is an illustration in an oval shape of cows out in the field. There is a book on each side of the banner that has the name written. The book spine on the right says "Wealth of Nations" and the book spine on the left says "Ex-Libris" There is a border around the house illustration that is also covered by the other illustrations. The border is of fall leaves with a grid pattern.
