The crest is divided into four sections; in the top left square there is a castle bordered with a diamond shape and fleur de lis on each side. The top right square has two birds facing each other with three hearts above them. The bottom left square has a roaring lion wearing a crown and in front of it is a heart. The bottom right square has a bird wearing a crown and a lion wearing a crown. In the border of the crest it says in Spanish "Armas y Blasones de los Señores Marrones" which translates to "weapons and coats of arms of the brown lords". On top of the crest is a knight's helmet with an arm coming out of it holding a sword. On the left side of the crest there is a naked woman sitting holding a leaf branch in her left hand and a rose in the right hand.
