Description
A pictorial bookplate in black ink on white paper for Charles and Veronica Weld-Blundell. There is a squirrel and a dragon sitting in front of a fireplace that has a shelf with books and pictures of birds on it. Hanging on the sides of the fireplace shelf are leaves, flowers, and acorns. The squirrel is holding a round object and the dragon has glasses on and is holding a piece of paper. Underneath the illustration is a ribbon banner with a latin phrase "NIL SINE NUMINE" that translates to "nothing without the divine".
