Window Balconies, 600 Block Royal Street, New Orleans, LA. The Vieux Carre, or French Quarter, of New Orleans is replete with architectural oddities. At 600 Block Royal Street, with shops on the ground floor and living quarters above may be seen an example of the famous window balconies.
