Abstract

Mentorship has been a model that has been applied for many years to help serve individuals during challenging times. It has served as a tool that can be used to grow and develop individuals in the workplace, communities, and in our own personal lives. Though some may view mentoring programs as dated and useless in our advancing world, mentoring programs are now being reinvented to meet new leadership challenges. This paper explores new innovative mentoring programs in organizations and Co-Mentorship, and how they can be utilized to create impact and purpose.
